Return & Exchange Policy

Only item returned within 30 days of purchase will be accepted. All returned items must have a RMA # please call us for number. All returns have a 10% restocking fee deducted from price and shipping charges are not refundable.

"All issues regarding product/billing/shipping/missing product must be received in writing within 30 days of product ship date to be addressed.

We will make every effort to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. If a dispute can not be resolved, the parties agree to either Mediation/Arbitration/Legal Action in accordance of New York State/United States."
